Please consider your purchase carefully. We do not send returned items to customers as new - therefore we can not accept returns, except as outlined below.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you have made a mistake in your order and would like us to reverse the order, please contact us immediately at the phone number at the bottom of this page. As long as we have not fulfilled the order, we can reverse the charge to your credit card. Typically, banks take several days to actually process this reversal, which is outside our control.Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders placed on the website are shipped within 48 hours via UPS domestically, DHL internationally. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide a refund of all money paid, no questions asked. Orders placed through our office (by phone, purchase order, or email) that are fulfilled at wholesale prices are bound to different terms.
Return Policy
We guarantee all of our products will arrive free of defects in manufacturing and in working condition. In the event of shipping damage, a claim must be filed with the carrier. In the unlikely event of an item arriving DOA (dead on arrival), we will advance replace the item and provide you a return label to return the defective one to us. There is no charge for this service.
