Warranty on all Opus-Two products sold after 01/01/2020
Covered Components
All engineered components (controller cards, I/O modules, extender cards, displays) that are sold to an end client (pipe organ owner) by a pipe organ builder are included in this 10 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The wiring and installation must be undertaken by the pipe organ builder for this to apply. Because the vast majority of failures of Opus-Two products have been a direct result of poor quality installation by under qualified individuals, products installed by church members, volunteers, and other non-industry personnel are excluded from this warranty statement. Items purchased through other means (including directly for personal use) are covered by a standard 1 year warranty.
Contact us immediately. Even if the problem is intermittent, it is helpful to involve us because we may have encountered the problem before and have a known solution. We may ask for photographs of the installation as a troubleshooting step (so take them while you are on site), and will provide advance replacement components. We will not cover any labor charges from pipe organ builders or clients.
