Are you a freelance worker?

We are continue to experience rapid growth and are trying to expand our service presence. We are a satisfaction oriented company where customer satisfaction is everything. We are currently hiring in the following positions:

Field Service Engineer

A field service engineer is a technician who must do whatever it takes to correct a problem. This could involve hardware modifications, software modifications, compiler modifications, or rewiring client wiring. Field service engineers should have an optimistic outlook, recognizing that no problem is unsolvable. An FSE applicant should:

  • Have some software development/coding experience (please indicate fluent languages in submission)

  • Have some electronic development/troubleshooting experience

  • Have some music theory knowledge (it is helpful to know where the keys are on a keyboard if nothing else)

  • Prior organ experience is not necessary

  • We ask for punctuality with the client, but do not regulate the length of the work day or how the work is completed.

Position and applicant details:

  • The FSE should be willing to work flexible hours in locations around the world, but especially in the continental United States.

  • The FSE should have a valid US drivers license.

  • The FSE should be willing to tolerate air travel on American Airlines.

  • Preference is given to applicants with four keys or five keys training.

Field Service Assistant

A field service assistant works with a field service engineer. FSAs often will load tools, carry things, organize documentation and paperwork, assist with billing, and test products. Opus-Two FSAs are generally shared amongst multiple FSEs. A typical FSA will:

  • Work Flexible Hours

  • Have a valid drivers license

  • Have some comprehension of music or music theory

  • Understand basic electronic concepts (ohms law, faradays law; these can be taught on the job)

  • Be willing to travel
